You guys almost brought a tear to my eye...23 post and not one single " all you need on these modern bikes is a cell phone and a credit card ". Theres definitely been a few times having a tool kit and flat tire kit has bailed me or someone else out. Sometimes something simple that could have been fixed with a screwdriver can end your trip/ ride...I like to be somewhat prepared lol. I carry a lot of stuff thats already been listed but i also carry a couple new fob batteries to. Swapped my voltage regulator out in the back lot of laconia HD two years ago...had everything I needed with me to do the swap. Definitely saved me some money and waisted time waiting for someone else to fix my bike.

hope you never need it but you might save a life. doesnt take up any space....leg injuries are common in motorcycle crashes.
I just added them to all my vehicle kits. That and clotting powder.

And every thing listed above. Except Dicky’s baton bat.

Tools , tire repair kit , pump , rain gear , rags , extra fob battery , etc .

Serious , I've noticed a few that carry a kickstand puck , what's the purpose ? Soft ground , guessing here .

Left bag (my side) Insurance and registration. Flat kit and mini pump. Multi-tool. Air pressure gauge. Sunscreen. Assorted phone charger cables.

Right side (her side) Scarf. Hoody. Gloves. Purse. Shoes. Light jacket. Small bag with makeup. Another small bag that looks like a purse but is just a different purse. Another hoody that she forgot is still in the bag. Another pair of shoes because the other shoes may not match and depending on where we go....23 receipts, a hair brush, an empty water bottle, a second barely full water bottle, half eaten package of veggie trail mix bulls#eet, half empty bottle of green tea, oh wait, its warm out, now she puts her leather jacket in MY bag.....

Its amazing that my bike doesn't inherently lean to the right.
