I need to replace the lenses on my speedo and tachometer gauges. I looked around and couldn’t find a direct replacement or an easy swap out for these. Does anyone know if that is possible? Bike is a 2019 Ultra Limited.
If you're talking about doing a complete swap out of the gauge, the original mileage will show up on the new gauge, or at least it did on my 14 SGS gauge swap, no dealer needed......
Yes, a new HD gauge will display the bikes mileage from the ECU, no need for a dealer visit. One thing you will see that will blow your mind is that the mileage will go backwards for 30 (maybe 50) miles. That is a VIN lock mileage countdown. Once it hit's zero is will be married to your bike and display the correct mileage.

Good point! I had forgotten about that! I was prepared for that to happen and it worked like a charm.....
I just wish the lens could be removed for cleaning inside/behind. I have seen moisture more then once turn into a droplet run and mess of the inside of the lens.
