I figured that because it was on the inside and wouldnt be visible, Id install it. Hidden cosmetics, Ill just deal with the sh?t quality control. Honestly, Im just too impatient to play the 'buy and return again' mailing game. I applied the HD emblems and got to installing. This is the worst fitting OEM accessory Ive ever purchased. It doesnt even fully fit the contour of the fender. (theres at least a 3/16th gap between the fender and the skirt. ) Just a general disappointment all around and Im just too busy (or lazy) to return it for a second time.
This will encourage them to keep pushing the envelope as to what they can get away with.

Do you really think they sit in a room and discuss how to cornhole thier customers??? My unsolicited 2cents is that they are just incompetent and have no idea what they are doing or how to satisfy their customer base. Managing a P&L or balance sheet is not the same when you have products that last more than one season, require warranty reserves, and are epa regulated. Shoes are a consumable good and have like 6 compontets, fabric, rubber, glue, eyelets, aglets, and laces. A Harely has to have at least twice that many parts. This is where they fell off thier hobby horses and are spinning around on the floor like the three stooges.
