I was doing OK until the last paragraph where the less than a month here, 7 posts, OP was instructing people to not reply in certain ways that he didn't like.
This may shock you OP, but other people have removed a tour pac and added lights. You aren't breaking new and exciting barriers. As for telling people how to not reply, not f*cking likely.

I'm partial to more of a stripped down, old school, classic look. Not for me, but to each their own.

More lights are a great idea but the bottom picture makes it look like a rice burner to me.

If I had hard bags I'd probably go with a light on the back of each. I see no harm in going with an automotive type light depending on which one you choose. If you choose wisely it will look tasteful and no one will question your cross pollinization.

Check out http://www.taillightking.com/ and choose from a myriad of ideas.

And it looks like you are precisely the ignorant SFB I was referring to. Don't need a FS like you coming in bashing on members threads or posts, new or old, just because they ask you to keep your dirty mouthed nasty comments to yourself.
I went back to see the type of manure you post, including your first 7 posts. Not at all impressed.

It will definitely have some people trying to figure out of it’s a Kawasaki or a Honda when they come up behind you.

I said just don’t hurt yourself. And WHAT DO YOU DO?
Just relax he was not trying to harm you.
Just continue with your mods and pictures. Maybe more pictures and less text.

I have nothing to prove so don’t worry about me. Just trying to help.(I can’t get the damn smiley face to attach)

Default Just another "nothing special" taillight mod.

To keep this short, I deleted the 1st 3 paragraphs with the details. See pictures.
What I ended up doing was:

1. Chose a late ‘30s to early ‘40s taillight from a Ford Zephyr (Figure X).
a. Hot white LEDs
b. Set up for multi-functional operation (running/brake/signal).
c. Only came in chrome, so had them stripped and powder coated gloss black
2. Made 3 wiring harnesses to power the lights.
a. Purchased connectors identical to the H-D parts from Mouser electronics and wire from Amazon.
b. The 1st harness was a split-off “Y” harness that tapped into the bike’s taillight harness under the seat. See Sketch.
c. The 2nd & 3rd harnesses branched from the Y-harness to carry the light signal to each side of the bike. These will be used as release points for saddlebag removal.
d. Another set of connectors were used inside the saddlebag to attach the light pigtails to the branch harnesses in c.
e. The wire was run from under the seat along the saddlebag support casting and into the saddlebag through a pass-through boot to seal around the wire sheath. The boots are the same H-D part numbers used on the saddlebag where the attachment bolts go through the saddlebag sidewall to attach to the saddlebag support casting . . . can’t tell it does not belong there from just looking.
Graphics include:
  1. Operational video (hazard/Lf & Rt turn Sig/Brake/Running/fat man operator)
  2. '18 rear end of a HARLEY-DAVIDSON FLHTK ANV ('18 Ultra Limited 115th Anniversary) I did not pay extra for the stinking badges.
  3. Harness outside saddlebag with pass-through
  4. Harness inside saddlebag with light pigtail connectors
  5. Wiring diagram to integrate with existing taillight harness.

Set with running lights only.

Right side saddlebag light harness with bike disconnect to allow removal. (Left is same)

Right Side Saddlebag light harness inside saddlebag. Beta version. May run them down along bottom inside corner if they get in the way.

Clearly you have some superior skills in the electrical department.
