Frogg Toggs SUCK! If youre even remotely still in frogg toggs youre gonna get SOAKED! They are fine when youre hauling a$$ down the hwy but in traffic or moving slow they will soak through. DONT buy frogg toggs!
I have had frogg toggs for a few year now and had to use them on many Motorcycle Vacations... And they worked GREAT... Last year on the way through the back roads of Northern Arizona got stuck in a rain storm.... Used them while riding in the rain in the Black Hills, SD worked out with no problems.....
Overpass II's here, keeps you totally dry and they breath. That and HD's boot gaiters (the ones that actually go on over your boots) and you will be able to handle the rain and stay dry.
I know Frog Toggs are liked by many but not me.The zipper ripped out of mine the second time I put them on.My wifes zipper also ripped out after a few times.I bought the $80.00 set for the both of us from Harley. They pack up allot smaller than the Frogs and they fit much better IMHO.
What's wrong with the FXRG? I've have the Leather FXRG jacket and FXRG Overpantsand bought the FXRG boots (If really anticitpating long rides in rin the wear SIDI On Road's)have no complaints with the water seeping in. I wear the liner inside the jacket and make sure cuffs are tight and the neck.
