The wind coming over my tank on my 2022 Triglide is a PITA. . I've looked into tank lifts and wind deflectors. What are others doing to help with this problem? Thanks for any help!
I have buffeting issues with my Street Glide. Place your arm horizontal across your chest and see if this reduces the wind. If so, it is coming from below the fairing. I had fork fangs on my Glide, which eliminated the buffeting. Then I started to notice a lot of heat from the right side. I removed the cat, which helped just a slight bit. Then got to reading DK Custom you tubes and ended up doing the following: remove fork fangs, installed front frame deflectors (they mount on the lower tank mtg bolts) installed tank lift, and added a mid frame deflector on the right side. This seems to help move air over the engine, reduce heat, and eliminated buffeting. Maybe if you contact DK they may have some suggestions. Or check out their you tube videos.

I bought the Baker Wind Blockers a few years ago for my Limited. Almost 150,000 miles later I'd buy them again. They aren't pretty but I won't win any beauty contest either. At 71 it's all about comfort for me.
I only have one eye so if my head bounces I can't focus. With the Bakers you can easily reach down and open or close them. They are fully adjustable while riding. Great in cold weather and in the rain.
Your problem is the air coming from under the fairing then coming upward. You can replace your shield with anything you want. It won't help!
