It happens sometimes. These bikes have kind of a dead air space behind the rider that can cause the exhaust to hang around behind the bike. If your tune is off it can make things worse. A cam with lots of overlap can also cause excessive smell.
Bought this for the bike. Dang. Does it smell sweet. Had it running in the driveway and you could smell it from a good distance away. I think I kike it. Comes in all kinds of scents.
