2008 Sert software / map
A friend picked up his 2008 Ultra and wanted to install new SERT, A/C, mufflers. Dealer told him that SERT software and maps would not be available for the 08's until mid-September. Anyone have different info? Also - heat seems to be big problem - is the parade download "ETIMS" compatible with SERT?

SERT pn#32107-01H will retail for $459.95 and will be shipped in mid-september. As for heat I would suggest going with Stage 1 A/C, new pipes, SERT and then get a set of rj's originals or HD's mid frame air deflectors. That should reduce it immensely.

I love it! Did ya run into soos there? I was hoping to get over there, but had to work. I took all my goodies off the 04 and need to update my photos. Let me tell ya, that Cee Bailey SSC dark shield looks mean on that bike[8D]

Isnt that a little pricey for a SERT? thats got to be way higher than last year's price. I bought one a year ago from Zanotti's for about $360... sure hope it works for the '08 I'm getting.

The ECMs on the new bikes are different for the '08 model year. Be sure you get a reliable/knowledgeable person to tune it. They will have to go to school to learn the new program.
