Nice! I have the CD saddlebag lights on my bike, I really wanna do the latch lights too but have a huge fear of drilling a hole in my saddlebag to do the wiring. My wifes bike is 100% CD lighting and after I put in the probeam headlight I bought for mine, my bike will be 100% CD lighting also. They are a great company and their customer service is the best I have ever dealt with.
Kevin, I was the same way but said the hell with it and started to drill lol. You can make it look really nice and professional. The kit comes with nice rubber garments or whatever they are called. It comes out looking really professional. The only thing is, I recommend bag liners to hide all the wires. I currently have them taped to the inside so they are not loose, but I will go to the dealer and get their premium bag liners to complete the look. I am REALLY impressed with them. They are so bright! Just take your time and you can do clean job. I also went little extra and drilled the holes behind the laches to route the cable, so you cant even see it. They want you to route it on top of the bag edge.
I always felt that my bike was invisible from the side. Now at least I have plenty of light.

You might want to start thinking about getting a Gold Wing. Those guys absolutely love lighting their bikes up. And I mean love.
I thought about going with the Ciro machete lights. Did you buy the whole latch assembly with the light or just the piece that replaces the reflector? I have a CVO so my latches are painted and I think either chrome or vivid black wouldn’t look right

Those are only the reflectors so you will keep your latch hardware. Gotta drill a hole thought it though 😂. You will need to remove the reflectors. Custom Dynamics fits perfectly in there
I just spoke with Custom Dynamics. Very friendly customer service and they were patient with my dumb *** trying to explain my scenario.
I was told I should be able to just daisy chain everything together. I will try that and see how that works.
By the way, I really like those saddlebag hinge lights. They are so bright and clean looking. Very impressive.
ETA: I daisy chain everything and it's all working!
I'm not saying other companies aren't this way because I have no clue but anytime I've called CD they're extremely patient and helpful. Like I'm an idiotic 3rd grader asking the simplest questions and they don't bat an eye
