It was the gaskets for under the rocker housing and the lid. Also rebuild kits for the breather assembly that goes inside. I had a small oil leak between the rocker housing and the head. All Oem. This was on 3/11/23
I just had to do this same thing on my 14 SGS, but just got all the stuff at Fresno HD while I was in there. I kinda quit thinking about getting things from Ronnie's any more, but I may try them out again. Everybody likes to save some $$.......
The only problem I have with the MoCo putting a stop to the online sales is the price gouging.... There's no longer any competition, and greedy dealers are rewarded. If they didn't want to lose sales to the dealers selling over the internet, then offer discounts too... Even with paying tax and shipping, I used to save a bunch using certain online dealers...
My closest HD dealer does not even try to be competitive.... If I look up a part price on the HD website, they charge MORE than the MoCo's listed price. They are my assigned shipping dealer, so if I order via the HD online portal, they are assigned the sale and then they honor the MoCo listed price... It actually costs me more to go into the dealer and buy the part in person...
So if I don't qualify for online free shipping, I drive a longer distance to another dealer, who sells parts at the MoCo listed price over the counter...
This is one couped up system the MoCo is supporting...
I have started to source quality aftermarket replacements on parts that I formerly only used genuine MoCo parts...
Lord have mercy. Flea-bay has a passel of NOS parts sellers. That, however is hit and miss as to who has what.
Agree, Harley put a squash on online parts dealers. Maybe one is operating and it's accepting orders but who knows for how long... Putting customers back at the mercy of local dealer pricing, might be enough where some might not afford to keep the bikes. On the other hand, Harley would love to sell new bikes with warranties, worked on by highly skilled and trained technicians with years of experience.

OK, sorry for my cynicism... Highly skilled HD techs with years of experience do exist... I have had the pleasure to meet several.... but they sure seem to be in the minority of HD techs these days....
