I've sent an email to Fuel Moto. Even if they replace it, I wonder how long it will take as they are not in stock. I want this bike on the road so I've ordered a KremeWorks head pipe so I can get this thing started and heat cycle it next weekend like I wanted too this weekend. I wish I would have noticed the cracked head pipe when I took it off a couple months ago. It's amazing I didn't, considering it's almost cracked in half. Man, this bike has been a pain. I named it Christine. My wife says "ya, just like the car in the movie". I think she's right. I'll probably end up with an extra head pipe in the end. It sucks but its peanuts compared to how much I've spent on this bike, it was built on a Friday. Also, I'll probably be screwed anyway as I don't have the receipt anymore.
We received your email just now as requested and Justin is responding to your request, your head pipe is 9 years old however it is indeed covered by our lifetime warranty. We have a head pipe allocated and can ship today.

Definitely worth getting it welded...waaaaay cheaper than a new system that's for sure.
There was another thread with guy showing the terrible weld job someone did on his footpeg...dont use his guy. Lol

I used the XXX Jackpot 2/1/2 on my 131 CVO and had good success , I dont understand why it broke there
Stress fractures like that are generally caused by improper installation. If the part is under tension then bolted up tight, it will break sooner or later.

Improper installation? It only goes together one way. I dont really know what I could have done wrong. Ive had this exhaust off and on a couple times and never had to force anything together. Im doubting the improper install but I could be wrong.
