I'm going to Arkansas next month and am thinking of purchasing the leather saddle bag liners for my RK Classic. Are they worth it? Do they slip in and out of the saddle bags without any trouble? What about the tour pack liner? Is quality good?
Chicago HD wants about $25 for the tour pack liner and about $35 for the pair of saddlebag liners.
Yeah go with the HD liners. It makes the trip so much easier when you need to take your stuff inside the hotel room. The quality is good and they fit perfectly. You won't regret the purchase.
I didn't like them on my RKC. I can get a lot more in the bags without them. I try to put stuff in the saddle bags that I leave on the bike at night. Rain gear, jackets , etc. Have the bag for the tour pak and it wotks great. Just my opinion.
Another option is ones from www.tlcproducts.com ... Very good quality, fit like a glove, zippered compartments etc. Embroidered for free....and made in America. I wouldnt bet on the HD ones being made in america unfortunately...

Another vote for the EZ Liners from TLC. I have 'em on my Street Glide and they work great. Very nice, well made product.
