front wheel alignment
I have a 2010 street glide (non abs) and want to know once everything is in place and finger tight does the axle nut (left side) get torqued 1st then the axle clamp (right side).
Just put on new harley take offs 2022 cvo fugitives with galfer rotors and Having a problem where the outside of the rotors (towards forks) the calipers are very close to touching the rotors and not centered in between them. Had the abs bearing taken out and swapped for non abs. Kind of a head scratcher as when I put the old wheel on there's no issues.
Almost as if the rotors are to wide. Am i missing something or has someone ever ran into this before?

Are you confident the bearing were installed correctly? You used your original wheel spacers?
Generally, wheels from a 2010 would fit up to 2013. HD went to 49 mm fork tubes and forks in 2014 up. The Not sure about the differences between these wheels, but the front tubes are 41 mm on the 2010. The 2022 has 49 mm tubes (lower legs different too). I can see how that may affect the alignment of the wheels from side to side. Hopefully someone else who had actually domes this can add their experience.

I thought the same aswell but I have seen it done many times just not sure what to look for anymore lol, I did the rear and have no issues. Not sure if I'm installing wrong or if there is infact an issue with the wheel bearings or wheel bearing spacer in side the wheel. As for the axle spacers between the fork and wheel im reusing but I can't see them being the issue..
