No Restart Immediately After Shutdown
I have a 2021 Road Glide FLTRX. It's only done this one other time, but a couple of weeks back, I attempted to restart the bike immediately after shutting down, and the starter wouldn't even crank. Everything came up, fuel pump ran when switching the RUN/STOP switch to RUN, but starter would not crank. Shut it down. Try to start it 30 seconds later, and the stereo hadn't even fully reset (it just turned right back on to the previous screen instead of the normal splash screen). Same thing...everything comes on, no crank.
I let it sit for about 5 minutes. By then everything had reset, and she started right up. And all was well.
However, I had a Check Engine light. Codes were as follows -
P1511h - EFI Power Management Mode
P1600h - EFI Module Processor Internal Error/Watchdog Error
P2100h - Throttle Actuator Control Motor Circuit Open
P2105h - EFI Forced Engine Shutdown
All of these codes all appeared at the same time. I cleared the codes, and none have returned.
Any ideas? Anyone else experience this.
As far as the codes, it looked like the throttle was physically slightly open during cranking at some point, which makes the computer angry. It's easy to do.

Took it to the dealer. Said they downloaded a new program in the ECM(?) per Harley. Bike has 33,000 miles now and hasn't done it again.
Couple threads here somewhere about others having that same experience

I've been to my dealer multiple times. They did an ECM update once, but that didn't fix it. They keep sending it back to me with "can't reproduce".
It only happens once every few months. I assume it's something to do with the new ECMs they started using in '21. My '18 never did it. I keep waiting for a future software update....
