Really like the contrasting color of the paint against the black…very sharp

Where the HD edges it out every time (for me as well) is pure aesthetics, and the fact that it’s an HD and not a Polaris lol.
I don't really understand the hate for Polaris. Polaris has been kicking the crap out of the Japanese companies in other motorsports categories for decades. When I was a lot younger, I would go to sleep and dream that my mom would buy me a Sportsman or Scrambler. It never happened but there's a reason I wasn't dreaming about a Honda or a Yamaha.

I have ridden the Indian Chieftain and I found it to be an absolute pile of junk. The transmission was clunky when it was cold, far beyond the first gear H-D clunk, the engine misfired even though it only had 150 miles on it, and their supposedly great feature of the electric windshield didn't go high enough, and I'm not even average height. I really wanted to like it and consider it competitive, but it wasn't. After I got off of it, the guy tried pointing to one of the other ones with a radiator, which I laughed at and walked away. If I wanted a Goldwing, I'd buy one.

This was my trade in with 87k miles. Better looking bike in my opinion, but I like the features on the Limited.
I respectfully disagree. Great looking bike, yes, but the new one is gorgeous. About my favorite color combo they make.

I liked your old one, but like your new one better. I rode for years and years with no tour pack. I'd never ever not have a top box again. It lets us tour, lets me commute to work or even run errands. But it's all in what you need. It's like having cruise, or heated grips...never knew how much I "needed" them until I had them. You're going to love your new bike !

She's a beaut Clark...a real beaut.

I thought the first mod on my Limited would be a tour pack detach kit but changed my mind after just a couple days having the bike. Found I like having that tour pack there for a small tool kit and tire repair kit and compressor and can fit both helmets in there.

Be careful as I found w/ my new helmet. The rack bolts on the inner top box lid can scratch the top of your helmet if it's sitting on anything. Nothing a little black Gorilla/Duct tape over those bolts won't fix. No biggie, but some folks are OCD about their helmets.

It hasn't even been two days, and no real rides yet, but I am starting to see the value of the tour pack already.

The tour pack made me sell my Road King. Haven't looked back. For me and my wife, it's no longer optional. We love it and use it every single ride.

Oh yeah... now you have to update your signature pic. And get a yellow headlight.

LOL.. It will be a little while before I will see my son again to take a similar shot. Like me, he is a photo enthusiast. The day we took that picture, I was teaching him how to pan, though that is not a good example of panning, with my face obscured, it was perfect for her.
