Yup... that's it. The fenders on the TG actually will slow down the side draft effect so there should be a higher temperature variance on two wheels. In other words, more temp drop at cruising speeds after the install.
For the poster saying he would use the HD due to the price... to each their own... I did that too, cost me double when I found the HD deflectors actually scoop the fin heat and pack it under the seat instead of whisking it away. Toasted Tush is what I got on my SESG with the HD set. Cooler seat when running RJ's product, cooler ECM, controls, relay's and battery too. My hemorrhoids sure thanked me. The HD set is gathering dust in the garage crap box.
Just say'n
.
Mama been saying she thought the seat was hotter
with the H-D deflectors on.Guess I'm gonna take them
off this weekend.
J...when I look on your website, it shows 2003 under Electraglide....I don't see the ones for my 2011 Streetglide....
Actually, my bad. I should have mentioned that the look of my deflectors on any year touring model from 1992 to present is the same look that you'll get on your 2011. That picture I posted yesterday was on a 2008 Road King Anniversary model, that's the same fit and look as you would have for your scoot with the standard style deflectors.
