2007 FLHT. Those things just never grew on me. Plus the one on the left would just barely nick the crash bar. I could lock the fors without it toching but if I went any further it would touch. Little things like that bug me. I did think they made the ride better though. Might put them back on in the winter. Right now I'm leaning toward putting on the lowers that are stock on Ultra's. Anybody put the lowers on and regreted it. To me they make the bike look finished, especially when you put the tour pak on.

You might want to try the Freedom Wings. I think that HD just came out with their version of a folding wing, as well. I haven't used them, but some others might chime-in. I ran the walrus tooth lowers on my Roadking, and they worked fine. I need something on my EGC -- just not sure what.
