Default hot fatcat

Does anybody else have a passenger that hates there Fatcat, She says the bike is super hot on her right leg. Likes the True duals alot better, I can feel a performance advantage with the cats but I wonder if its worth the extra rearseat heat

One of the reasosns I removed the Fatcat was the return of the heat.

Dave, my wife complains about the Fatcats as well. Especially when we get stuck in traffic. I have to switch the bike off. I've got an '05 Ultra and it's going to be replaced with a new Street Glide, but I'll being going Reinhart TDs, for what it's worth.

I wrapped the pipes with white exhaust tape and then installedthe regular heat shield. Works great!Increases the heat of the gases.

I swear the the left side of my 103 is cooler than the right and I do not have the after market deflectors.
