Are you guys sure the 135 will physically fit in a pre-2021? I asked an engineer at Harley about this (advantage of living near Milwaukee) and was told the frames are different for 2021 and later, mounting the engine differently to the frame, creating more rigidity and reducing objectionable vibration. I don't know one way or another, but I was told specifically that the 135 wouldn't mount to my 2019. (??)
The last thing I would be concerned with is fit. Because I would never consider another HD stage kit.
Look at Fuel Moto, Baxter Skunk Works, Zippers or maybe T-Man. So much more for the money including reliability.
Most will be very happy with a stage II picking the right cam and tuner (not HD).
My friends that have done 131’s have not been happy. They have either traded the bikes or spent more money with the guys listed about to get the performance they wanted.
Best of luck with your decision.

yes, someone on Roadhlide.org just installed one on his 2018.

I have the 131 in my bike and am extremely happy. At the rear wheel I have 132hp, 138tq. It's coming up on 2 years (February 2024) and not one issue. And that's with putting 25k miles on the 131. It does get HOT in traffic.
The engine itself will bolt in fine but you would have to use and aftermarket tuning solution for it on earlier bikes. If you look at the 135 results versus the 131 there is really no big improvement.
