They do come up with their own designs. They designed their own saddlebag latches and locks to be incompatible with OEM locks and designed their own bolt hole patterns on their tourpaks to not accept factory backrest pads. Their design department shows creativity. You just have to buy some of their products to experience it.

Or... here's a concept that might seem to advanced for you understand, the ST fairing is VIN locked and can only be purchased by someone who owns and ST or has a friend willing to let them use their VIN.

I don't understand this comment at all. I mean isn't the point of Advanblack is to provide OEM like parts at a budget price? Everything... EVERYTHING is a copy of something else.
If you want the original FXR style fairing, you can get one now for your King. RWD has one here, and KlockWerks here, as well as others like Wana-Ryd. I think they are the same and depends if the mounting hardware is included or not in the price.
