I have a 2014 street glide. It has a knocking in the primary. When its warmed up it starts knocking. Im neutral hi pull in on the clutch it stops. I put the cover off to check the chain tension and compensator nut. Both are good. Im not sure what to look at next. Has anyone had this issue?

Sounds like you are saying "@ idle sitting in neutral it is making noise but when you pull in the clutch it goes away.
If this is the case, I would remove and inspect the compensator.
Compensator could be possible as maybe the very small amount of load turning transmission is making it rattle. Does it make noise when starter engages?
If nothing there, I would disassemble the clutch and inspect clutches and clutch basket while in there, but doubt it.
Saw issue once before where it was a bearing in the transmission gearset, but still betting on compensator.
How many miles?
Change transmission oil into very clean pan and pour into glass jar and inspect as well as magnetic plug.
If I couldn't find anything I would replace the compensator with a known good used one as I have access to plenty of parts myself.
Warren, post a sound clip on here of it. A two ear mechanic stethoscope really comes in handy on these bikes. Noise travels all around and thru them.

Are you a Moderator? No you're not, just an *** kisser.
Maybe a nice dose of STFU and stop worrying where every new member makes his first post. They'll figure it out.
I would open the primary up and inspect the tensioner, then the compensator. Asa owner I like to open it up and inspect it good once every year or other year, depending how much mileage I put on.
This may seem simple but what fluid are you running in the Primary? Around the year of your bike they changed some of this mechanics of the compensator. More moving parts in it. Running syn 3 etc would allow a nasty rattle on some but simply changing the fluid back to Formula Plus solved it right away. I had that happen to me and several other did the same thing. If you are already using Formula plus then there is another issue but this one worked great.....

pretty sure thats a symptom of an inner primary bearing failure. Not that "that" is the issue, but....
