I may be wrong but I think the dealer will lose their "kick back" from the finance company if the loan is paid off before three months.

The only reason I financed is because we completed the deal after the bank was closed and, since it was the last day of October, they needed to close the deal that day for their monthly sales target. Their finance guy is the one that said it can be paid off without penalty when I get the first bill, so he didn’t seem concerned with any potential loss. Not 100% sure though as I didn’t ask.
