Funny...was on ebay looking for decals to potentially cover up the hole and noticed one of the listings has the exact same light bar...I messaged the seller to see if he may know the brand...
Unfortunately, Harley redesigned their fairings with the Rushmore bikes so not a lot of cosmetic stuff being made for pre 2014 bat wings. Try the usual suspects Custom Dynamics, Advanblack, Ciro, Hogworkz etc. I would just get the hole repaired and painted and put a solid piece of windshield trim I could find.
