My 2019 does this as well. I haven't looked for a resolution, as I haven't installed the rear lights or the triple play unit yet. Once everything is installed, I'll try to fix the fast flashing. Does Custom Dynamics have anything to say about it?
2 questions, are you getting any codes, like B2151 & B2156? Also, when you turn your bike off, and your security system arms, does the rear signals flash twice (with the front signals) indicating its armed?
Guys that is an easy fix. I'm surprised no one else chimed in. Was common to happen when you swapped CD turn signals to LED. Turn on the 4 way flashers for a few minutes. The bike will relearn the proper flash.

Probably because in the original post he said he did that and it didn't work.
Op's original post "hi guys, looking to see if anyone else ran into this issue.
Since I did mine, the signal indicator lights on the inner fairing flash fast, but the actual turn signals flash at the normal rate.
Is there a fix for this? I know it really doesnt affect anything from another drivers perspective, but it drives me a bit nuts, LOL
I did try to do the signal sync procedure but it didnt help."
If you changed from "standard" bulbs to LED, you may need a "signal stabilizer". Custom Dynamics has these. You could contact them and ask. I think older bikes needed this, but newer may just need a reflash? Good Luck!!

CAN BUS can be quirky. I did not go into detail on my first post. I had it on my BMW bikes long before Harley adopted it. I had one Harley that the ignition switch had to be ON while the 4 ways were on to sync it. Most would sync it with it OFF. Worth a try to try it both ways.
