Most all of these show the regulator in the tank. Mines in between the cylinders.

Mine 2009 FLHTCU, is in the tank. You should go ahead and replace your filter as well while you are in there.

I already have. I’m looking for the procedure to replace the fuel pressure regulator which on my 97 is between the cylinders.

He says all you have to do is remove a torx screw and the regulator drops down.

Wow, and I thought the regulator being in the tank was inconvenient.

Well, got it replaced today. What a pain in the a&&!!! You have to pull the tank, drop the horn bracket, remove the brace that goes between the cylinders and the fuel line is still in the way. You can only turn the torx screw about an 1/8th of a turn. Takes forever to get that screw out!
