Have used the Search but lack results, if this is a rehash, please ignore, however
Is there a long oil filter, like the long chrome one, that Harley sells?
Have the short black filter, but would like to increase capacity and filtering ability.

There is, but would reccomend using the short one.
My reasoning
The LONG filter rubs against the voltage regulator plug where it goes into the case. With engine vibrations it will wear on the plug after time. Use the short one. That is just my opinion.....

Would you have a part number for the black one?
We are about to add an oil cooler and the adpater for the cooler might reposition the filter past the plug.
