2024 Apple Carplay / Musiic Issue
First, make sure your phone and headset don't even try to pair with each other. Go into your phone's Bluetooth settings and tell your phone to 'forget this device'. Your headset and phone should pair with the bike on their own. SkylineOS acts as a go-between and takes care of the communication between them.
Also make sure your software is up to date. In the main icon display, click on the gear on the top left corner.. Go to System -> System Info -> Product Information. (See page 149 of your owner's manual).
Scroll down to Product Information. The software version should say INSTANA_240002237D (As below). If it isn't you should update it. It requires downloading two files and installing them on USB-C thumb drives, then uploading them to the bike.. See here for instructions: https://serviceinfo.harley-davidson....18445&groupId=
If you just got the bike and your software isn't up to date, it might be worth getting your dealer to do it. They should have had it done before your bike was delivered.
And just as a point of interest, upgrading the software has made my system a lot more stable. I can't remember the last time Carplay dropped out for no reason.
