Ok, I just bought a late 80's tour-pak off ebay and need to know what backrest will fit on it. Will the newer ones fit? If not can they be made to fit? Is there any difference in the newer ones and the older ones besides they are ABS plastic now? Sorry to ask so many questions but I am going to need hardware and all the latches and locks. Just want to make sure I get what I need the first time. Thanks in advance!! Bryan

 

Part no. 52201-86B. It's at page 423 of the current HD Parts & Acc. catalog; for '96 and earlier King TP's. It is probably on the HD website also; use the part no. and do a search.

 

Thanks for the info. I don't like the pillow style seat with the buttons. That is why I was wondering if the newer ones would fit. Thanks for your reply though. Bryan
