Oil pressure gauge issue
What year/model bike do you have?
I assume you are talking about the OEM oil pressure & sending unit in the fairing of a bagger...??
How was the oil pressure checked, that convinces you the pressure is really good.......??
I'm not doubting your diagnosis, there is just very little information about the bike, the actual issue, how/when it started, and what has been done so far....
Based on the little info given, I can only offer this "best guess"...
The OEM gauges are known to be inaccurate... but zero oil pressure, on two OEM gauges & sending units means one of two things:
There is an issue with the communication (wiring, connectors, or BCM on newer bikes) between the OEM gauges & sending units... OR.... you actually have NO oil pressure...
Good luck with your repair, and let us know the final resolution...
For evos, just the one wire bolted on, and you ground that wire out to the chassis.
if dash gauge and wires from connector to it are working, gauge should go to max pressure. If dash gauge goes to make pressure with sensor wire grounded out, then pressure sensor installed, is the wrong one for the bike with it ohm reading per pressure being way off of what the gauge is looking for, or just sensor broken from the start.
If gauge does not peg out at max pressure with oil pressure sensor wire grounded out to chassis/connector pins connected to each other, then problem with either wire to the gauge, or the gauge itself.
Get us this far, and should be able to give you an idea of where to look if a wiring problem. Also to point out, one of the pins on the connector is directly to ground, so if neither of connector pin showing continuity to ground, then ground wire problem from connector back.
Thanks for the additional info...
As Dano523 mentions above, trouble shooting the OEM gauge shouldn't be too hard. You can most likely do it yourself. You have a a bike with a rather simple oil pressure gauge set-up as he pointed out.
I see now, that you have a dealer involved. I can see where it might get expensive having a dealer diagnose it at dealer labor prices.
They do make stand alone oil pressure gauge kits independent of the OEM harness. They are simple bolt-on mechanical pressure gauges with oil fittings and an oil line. There are several out there ranging from about $60 and up. Some have cheap plastic oil lines and some braided oil lines like this example here:

Personally, I'd stick with the OEM gauge, with the electrical sending unit, mounted in your fairing... If you have a new gauge & sending unit, you're over half way there. Try what Dano523 suggests and get back to us...
Good luck.

Is the oil pressure light going out? That would tell you that you at least have some pressure and the sending unit is working.
