I know this subject has been pretty well beat to death, but I am looking for a solo seat for the RKC. I want something comfy, but not bulky looking. The Harley Sundowner solo is way too big, and I think the Mustang may be too big as well. I have narrowed things down to a C&C, Danny Gray,or LaPera Bare Bones. I can't find any good pics of any of these seats on a RKC. If anyone has pics or advice on these 3 seats, I would appreciate it greatly. I don't want to spend the money on a seat I will hate. If it matters, I am 5'11", 185lbs. Thanks in advance. You guys are the best.
From what I have heard in the past heard the "LaPera Bare Bones" is a butt burner in no time flat
Son went with the CORBIN HOLLYWOOD SOLO on his '05 RK - It looks clean - nice lines and they have a built in lock that allows you to key lock it on your bike.

I run the Corbin... love it.. had a Bare Bones on my heritage and thats exactly what yer A$$ will feel like after riding on one.. I've only sat on a Danny Gray Big Seat and it was very comfy, plus I like that you can get it with a backrest.. But I've put no actual miles on one...
I have the Danny Gray Buttcrack Big seat and it is firm but still comfortable, and I have ridden it 300 mile in one day.It feels very firm, but I find it offers more support than when I use the Harley Pillow look seat when I have the wife on the back
