THERE IS NO SEAT ON THE MARKET THAT WILL FIT EVERYONE THE SAME WAY!!
that said try sitting on as many as you can and find one that you like.
But beware 2 minutes sitting still does not necessarily equate to 2 hours down the road.
So how about trying this.
Determine the pros and cons of your current seat.
Profile and lines are good but need more cushion, or design sucks and cushion ok, same with others.
so get a design and style you like and take it to a local upholstery person.
Have them customize the fit to you. I did at price that was not that much different.
Plus you get to choose the color of material you want to compliment the bikes overall color scheme.
Plus if it needs a little fine tuning they are local easy to go back and have it fine tuned.
That's what I did recently and so far I am happy with the results!!
Papa Travis, you're dead on, and as some of the others have stated, there is no one seat that will fit everybody. But you still pay for the big price and don't know if it will till be the right one. trust me , call mean city cycles and tell him what your're looking for. I know you won't be disappointed. And it is a lot cheaper and made to match your riding style. TB
