Default New Bars

We went to Gettysburg over this past weekend, had a great time at the rally, seeing all of the historic sites, and Battlefield Harley Davidson had a bike event that was packed. We rolled in there early Friday and I saw this tent setup for 'The Fairing Xchange LLC' where I saw a couple guys installing KST handlebars, among other things. I spoke to one of the owners, Larry, got a price that was much less expensive than the local Harley dealer, so I pulled the trigger and got 12" KST Pathfinder bards installed with some new grips. Very happy with them so far, my ride home yesterday was much more enjoyable than with the stock bars. In case anyone asks, my buddy let me borrow the stock seat from his Ultra Limited, it was very comfortable for me and my wife to ride down there, all over the place, and back.

Very nice! I ordered 12” KST Patriot bars over the weekend and they will be arriving tomorrow. Can’t wait to replace the stock bars on my SGS!

I'm 6'-2" tall, went with 12" bars. I've sat on touring bikes with 14"s and they just seemed too high for me. I knew what I wanted when I got there, they did a great job! I'm really happy I got them.

Yes, it makes a huge difference in riding posture, when I'm riding without my wife on the back, I have a Corbin seat that fits me even better now with the new bars.
