Good to know that the upgrade makes a noticeable difference in ride. Thank you for confirming that.
I do not have the shocks yet. The only thing that keeps me from buying Ohlins shocks directly is that seem to only offer Gold Anodized reservoirs. Bike is Atlas Silver with Blacked Out Trim so Gold just isnt an option for me.
ANy chance you've tried to install a tour pack with the Knucklehead.inc relocation solution? their websites says it wont work, but wondering why, where the clearance issue may be and if it resolvable.
Dont have a pic with the tour pack on maybe I can get one this weekend
That would be especially appreciated, especially under the tour pack when installed, showing the clearance of the brackets.
I have the Knucklehead brackets laying here waiting to install, and I started second guessing everything cause I was getting ready to order the tour pack and mind #$%^ed myself.
There is no benefit from my post, just speculation. It might ease your mind a little as you wait for further confirmation.
I just mounted my tourpak this morning, so this is fresh in my mind. While I do not have remote reservoirs, I will speculate it will probably be a pain in the d*** getting the rotating locks on the TP rack rotated as the reservoir is right in the way. Might be okay if you have skinny fingers. Might just be the camera angle.
I definitely don't see any issue with the TP contacting the reservoirs or hoses, they are below the lower stitch on the passenger pillion, which is about where the bottom of my TP lines up with my Saddlemen RS.
Compare these two pictures. This should give you a good idea of the gap to the bottom of the TP.

Its a little tight to get your fingers in to lock down the mounts but my tour pack easily mounts and locks down no issues, everything clears perfectly, Advanblack Rushmore King Tour Pack
