I’m sorry, I’m sure this has been beat to death on here, but I’m not having any luck. I have an 09 ultra. I’m looking for the correct docking hardware so I can attach a backrest for the wife. I have removed the tour pack completely. I searched and have looked up what I thought was the correct part number, but Harley’s page says it cannot be found. I’m at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
If you are looking for the Harley detachable conversion kit, that kit was recalled for the 2014+ bikes. Something to do with the turn signals not working right.
For your '09 bike Harley still makes those and can be found here. Your local dealer might have them or can get them still. Someone can confirm, but I'm not sure if it comes with the harness for the lighting, if you have that on your tourpak.

Thank you! That’s getting me closer. I was hoping to just be able to buy the actual docking hardware only. I just bought this bike and the previous owner gave me the backrest and luggage rack. But he can’t find the actual docking hardware. Any suggestions?

sorry, but I clicked on check fitment and it says that it does not fit this bike.

Pretty sure the only difference between your bike and what that conversion kit fits into is your tourpak has the rear lighting. That kit does not include the harness for your tourpak and thus Harley says the fitment is not for your bike. If you're not concerned with the lighting, then that kit would fit your bike.
Harley is pretty good about if one part does not go with the bike, but the rest of the parts do, then Harley says it's not for your bike.
If you just want the docking hardware, this is the Harley docking hardware you want. I have this on my '13 King.
The detachable kit comes with the fender strut covers, but I guess you can buy those separately. Enjoy your "new" ride!
Thank you! But this is why I’m having such a hard time with this one. My Breakout is much easier to accessorize! lol this part you gave me says it doesn’t fit the bike either.

100% correct. I have a 2009 Electra Glide Classic and Harley's website would say that the docking hardware for a 2009 Street Glide (which is what I'm using) won't fit my bike because it doesn't have the relocation kit to move the license plate from the Tour Pak to the rear fender. The 2009-13 docking hardware will bolt up to all touring models from those years.
