Roadking airbrushing
There are plenty of money-hole bikes out there with some really wild and very well done art that is only appealing to the owner.
It wouldn't be difficult to create a bike that nobody will buy, thus the cost of the artwork has increased to well beyond what the artist charged.
If resale value is any concern, make good choices.
I am all about custom if done to please most people come resale time. However, I buy and sell lots of stuff and my brain always thinks resale, to the extent I buy white cars as white won't show dents and has the highest resale.

With that in mind, I would get a quote from a Vinyl Wrap provider. They can have your "mural/image" color printed on vinyl, which can be easily applied or removed, as required.
While shopping for a used Harley last month I had a Harley dealer sales person tell me she had built in "room" of $1,000 on every used bike she had ( I would say I seen 100 - 150 used bikes at that dealer ) but she kept pushing if you do see the bike you like we can have any painted the exact color you want and that she has her bikes painted for customers all the time! Funny as I never said one thing to her about color!
She just kept on and on about her having a bike painted for me and was not until I said, LOOK, YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND! I WILL NOT now or ever BUY A BIKE THAT HAS BEEN or WILL BE PAINTED! PERIOD. I ONLY buy factory pained bikes! I still don't think she understood...
And I will buy custom paint but not a $1,000 paint job but I just wanted to shut her up about paint!
Salesman, Arrrrr!
