I took delivery of my new 25 street glide today. Once it got parked in the garage next to my RKS I really saw how far apart they are, and yet so similar.
Newer engine, more tech on the Glide. But that old look on the RKS stands out to me. I continue to be torn on which bike to keep and which to sell this Spring. Keeping both just makes no sense. But man I am tempted! (Either way new bars are coming for the Glide. The defaults are bicycle basic)
Why not keep both? I like to have several myself. I can almost guarantee that whichever one you might sell, you'd probably regret it. I think that's probably why I have a few...that, and the fact that once I give them a name, they're harder to let go.

tough call. That road king special looks beautiful(I'm a huge fan of those). Hard to say if it were me, odds are good you'd know which one you'd prefer riding more after one riding season. That might tell you which one to get rid of, if you're split and ride both often, there's your answer to this. I mean, you got this street glide for the price of a raffle ticket, take into affect the market right now. I don't think you would get what either one is worth at this moment.
I meant financially. I have a lien on the RKS. So winning this other bike feels like I should use that to be lien free on one bike vs 2 with one. But who knows. lol
Hard to beat the classic Road King for a daily or occasional trip machine, you do serious miles or are a comfort queen wanting all the bells and whistles the fat bike wins. Think hard about how you really ride, decision will make itself. I’m working on setting up a tour pack mount for my RK where I can slide it forward some when I do a solo seat for road trips, Roe doesn’t ride, already removed the rear pegs& mounts
