Default plug delete??

What can I install in my dash to replace the headset plug on my 2009 Ultra classic? I don't use it and apparently the spring has broken because the door no longer stays closed. I have searched the net and here and cannot find anything.

If you really want to get rid of it, a console from a Street Glide or Road Glide will probably fit. Alternatively, the aftermarket has replacement consoles without the audio port.
If you just want to replace the spring-loaded cover, it's part number 76266-98A, CAP ASSEMBLY, WEATHER.

I would be looking at stuff similar to this...

Never hurts to have access to an additional port for charging a phone.

I kept the cover and replaced the audio port with a heated gear plug. Now I have a 12 volt plug on the tank for the heated gear or with an adapter for anything else,
