So I'm over my frustration with not riding yet. And it's turning out to be a good thing. I talked to Legend HD in Silverdale, WA and they're going to replace my injectors w/no hassle and OBTW there is another recall (Campaign 09-02 Service Bulletin #M-1185) on the 06 FLHR for the voltage regulator. That's getting changed out too.
In the spirit of doing it right I'm either going to get a new header (07 FLHX on eBay) or have the bungs welded in like some folks here suggested. I found some angled bungs (again on ebay) that match the ones on the stock pipes. But I'd rather have the stock pipes, stock, for "warranty purposes".
Does anyone know a reason the 07 FLHX pipes won't fit an 06 FLHR?
