What do you use? I had the harley set. Lost a bunch of weight and sold it. But now i am revisiting getting rain gear for traveling. Is harley still the “best” choice?

I haven't shopped rain gear in 10-12 years...
I currently have a set of Harley rain gear. I found that (used to be anyways, my rain gear is old) rain gear is one of the things Harley did well.
I have also used Nelson-Rigg rain gear before. At the time (again, a while ago) it was quality, plus lasted a long time.
Good luck shopping and let us know what you decided to buy....
I have these pants from Frogg Togg. The zipper goes from ankle to knee for quick & easy on/off. Very high quality product. Then just pick a jacket that you like, they're all good.
I buy whatever I can find at the dealer, or Cycle Gear. I wear XXL Tall, both jacket and pants, so I need to be able to try them on.
Currently packing Harley’s gear in the bags, and mainly because it fits and I could try it on.
i think that is where i am landing as well. i know there are less costly options but something that fits and can be tried on would be better. also i have used my previous harley gear and it worked. this time though i am getting the boot gators. the last time my feet were soaked and had to toss my boots after that trip.

I've tried several kinds, HD keeps me dryer than any other I've used.
Cheap rain gear ain’t worth it for anymore than a cloud burst. Harley rain gear was always top notch. I ride in the Pacific Northwet, atmospheric river runs, touring the great monsoons of the midwet, and riding to Alaska and back on the AlCanwet and mud in my Harley rain gear. If you can choke down the cost and ride all season, that’s worth the money. Otherwise, my winter gear is tourmaster and I’ve never been wet.

i have those gators also. never leave home without them. they are great for keeping the boots dry
