Hello Im Dominic. Im a new rider and this is my first bike. I got a 2003 Ultra Classic 100th anniversary firefighters edition. I changed the oil and have rode about 200 miles since. Seems to be running fine but the oil pressure gauge drops at idle. Lil throttle puts it back to normal but even when im riding as soon as i let off the throttle the gauge drops. Theres oil in it so what should i do?

Nothing. It's common for the oil pressure to drop at idle, sometimes significantly.
Congrats on your ride. I also have an anniversary addition Electra Glide.

Hi, welcome to the forum. You could install a high flow oil pump.
You could leave it as is, and you would still be okay.
drops to zero or just above. Still idles fine, but once in a while sounds like a skip or like it may stall out. Could be paranoid. Also the bike backfires and sometimes bigs down after starting. Usually the oil pressure is normal when first starting and idling but after i start riding is when it happens.

This is pretty common when the oil gets hot, thins out, and you're idling. I also think people confuse oil pressure with oil flow. There's a comment to that effect in one of the threads linked below
