That doesn't have the WELCOME area anymore, only FORUM support.

 

Interestingly it does for me on and Android Phone.

One level deeper in the drop down for me.

From there I use my User to grab whatever...

You might want to bring that up in Forum Issues.

Be sure to @ poke the system man. Maybe want to message him personally to keep it private.
