Is there an adjustment for the cruise control? Mine kicks off from wind gust from trucks and minor bumps in the road. 2011 Road King classic. American Horse
I would suspect it would be either the clutch or front brake switch being pushed in just enough from a wind gust of a bump to kick cruise off. again just a thought.

Fringe on mine was flapping and it kicks off the brake switch, tie it off and go for a ride and see if it happens then.
If you angle the switch housing forward a little bit more it doesn't flip the brake switch.
Mine would kick off going over bumps and such. Anything that put the rear tire in the air for even a fraction of second. As soon as the engine RPM's differ enough from the vehicle speed, it'd kick off. Better shocks and better roads certainly help keep the rear tire on the ground.
