You can do other fonts and colors???
I'm lucky if I can get a pic posted up and I've been here 2 1/2 years. Ya think that's why they call me 'retard' at work?.
I know this has been written about before, but if you use the 2-liter bottle method you will have zero mess on your bike.
This is a little more difficult on a Dyna or other smaller bike, but not that bigof a deal. Enjoy
1. Cut the bottom off of a 2-liter bottle
2. loosen the oil filter, but do not turn it to the point oil drains out
3. place a couple paper towels under the filter base
4. slide the bottle, with the cap on the top, completely over the filter until is covers the base at a slight downward angle (more coverage on the bottom side of the filter base)
5. with one hand, keep the bottle in place
6. with the other hand, turn the filter until it falls off inside the 2-liter bottle.
7. remove the bottle with the filter and oil inside
I just JBWELDED[] my oil pan drain plug. All is well now. Read it in the forums, and if it is posted here then it is the gospel. Try it! Gonna JB WELD my oil filter on today!
Got a 10k service coming up...thanks for the ideas. Sounds like the two litre plastic bottle will be the way to go for me. Washing the bike is out of the question. Just did it 2 months ago.
