I had the CVO SE high flow exhaust on my 18 CVO RG Stage 3. The head pipe had no cat in that exhaust, it was moved to the cans. Pulled it when I went with the 128 and 2:1 after the stage 3 broke a valve spring and grenaded, still in the basement.
The stock CVO exhaust had the cat in the head pipe and nothing in the cans. To the best of my knowledge street canons have nothing in them other than baffles.

So I got a set of used Screaming Eagle Street Canon's and looking down there looks like cats I think I want to open them up
