Ok, I tried every which way but this bike sat a while so things could be frozen.
Does anyone know of the model/brand of this reverse kit? Maybe I can find a manual somewhere...

Is it just me or does that second picture look like it wouldn't be able to pull back?

BEFORE you pull it apart why not call the company?......seems to be the first logical option once you now have the printed operating instructions. Maybe they could give you a "tip"....instead of opening it up. I mean even IF you open it up do you really know what you'd be looking at?.......a phone call could save you.

just my 2 cents.

On my bike, I have to twist it a quarter turn clockwise and then push it forward
