To list all that in that detail it's not going to be worth anywhere near what it's worth to you.
You're obviously proud of it and you should be but a buyer isn't going to pay for that exact way you've customized it.
You should keep it.
But you did omit the most important thing - what's the mileage?

Just tell her it going up for sale as soon as you get your new one home, you never know how long it may take to sell.

You would be lucky to get $5K for it. Even less if you did not update the Cam chain tensioners. Don't get me wrong, you have a nice ride. It just isn't worth much, especially with the M8's hitting the used market now-a-days.
What ever your minimum value is, add $2k to that and begrudgingly, let the buyer haggle you down to your target selling point.
Good luck.

yea, for 5k, it’s staying with me…..
here in Canada (Toronto) the average price is anywhere from $8000-$12000 Cnd
($5500-$8500 USD)
I'm going to keep it.

Here you go, prices in the States. Add about 20% of the price you paid for each upgrade and doo-dad.

Depending on the market, 7k-8k here in the states, do not know what the market is where you are.

You will need to find a buyer who likes your taste in accessories.
