I've yet to warm up to the new style fairings and/or the full, one-piece TFT display screen for all gauges & info.....

I just bought a new to me bike a month ago... After looking at slightly used 24 models, and new 25 & 26 models, I ended up with a low mileage (7k miles), garage queen 2020 CVO.....

I bought a like new bike that I really like, and saved myself a bunch of money in the process... win-win...

Kind of how I feel. Still have the 2002 Fat Boy that I bought new 4/2002. I've had several "second/backup" bikes in the past but sold each after a year or less of ownership.
I'd been looking at off lease Electra Glide Police in Daytona for several years while on vacation. So I finally just bought a 2024 with 7300 miles. I think I saved a fair amount of money judging by used prices at my local dealer.
I've put some money into it to make the bike fit me better and for better lighting to be more visible to others. But I think I'm out of it fairly cheap compared to brand new.

A Lot of guys out there with new ones. I too can't warm up to the new fairing. I'll just keep my 2023 Road Glide.

My (fully paid for...lol) 2015 Ultra Limited Low is looking better and better each year that passes. I'm happy with all of it's "bells & whistles" and the couple of little mods I've done to make it more comfortable for me.

I no longer "chase technology" as I did when I was younger. I buy carefully and thoughtfully now and very content with what I have, for the most part.

(that's coming from someone who owns a 28 year old Porsche Boxster 5-speed, that I will drive until it goes to "Porsche Boxster Heaven"....LOL.

OP: Post pics of your new bike.

HDF: We don't like new bikes!
______

Buyers: "Give us more tech to compete with Indian and BMW and update the styling!"

Harley: "Here's a new TFT screen, liquid cooling, some of the tech Indian and BMW have, and updated styling."

Buyers: "We don't like it! You updated it!"

As with any iconic vehicle, there will always be two different camps.... those who like the traditional and those that want the new tech....

Nothing wrong with either group.... buy whatever you like...

PS- I was on the Corvette forums when they went from the C5 to the C6 platforms... There were some contentious "debates" just about the head light change....
