I was wondering the oil cooler lines by the regular mine are starting to dry out. I would like to replace both of them I noticed theres a clamp up top that I can squeeze to get off but the other Ones that are lower are pressure fit it on. Can I just use a clamp. Also will there be a lot of oil coming out. I just changed the oil. Thanks

IMHO.... Yes, you can use a stainless worm drive clamp or fuel injection hose clamp, of the proper size.
FWIW.... The OEM clamps are "Oetiker clamps". They require a special tool to install, and can be frustrating to remove for those without any experience dealing with them, but they are superior to the other two style clamps. They are used several places on a Harley. I use them and prefer them to the other hose clamps.
I have removed those hoses a couple times, but I don't specifically remember the amount of oil that came out. IIRC, it's minimal, probably just what is in the hoses. That would be just enough to get messy.
