Car Washing Soap Solution
I havebeen usingthe Mr. Clean Auto Dry Car Wash System on my truck and am wondering if it would be safe to use on the Harley as well. In particular would it harm the plastic windshield (which I always leave on) when washing. I called P&G's customer service but the person I spoke to, after putting me on hold to consult with whoever, said they couldn'tdevulge their ingredient information but suggested it would not contain any acid in the formulation otherwise they wouldnot market it. I know some carwashes at gas stations and such do use amild acid in the soap to loosen the dirt on the vehicle surface before the rinse cycle. Do any of you use itand have you noticed any negative affects?

Ok, sounds good. Seems like I can continue using it on the Harley, saves chamois drying it leaving more time for polishing.

I also use it all the time. Works great.....and I agree to not use other soap. it leaves little "soap bumps" on the finish that are very iritating.

I found that the Mr. Clean system works GREAT on cleaning the black wrinkle paint engines.
Where I live, we have extremely hard water, and even run through a softener we have trouble with spotting, so I still have to physically dry the painted services to prevent some light spotting.
