About Suspension RK 05
I have a question. A few years ago I rebuilt my suspension with new fork oil and springs, and I also fitted Hagon Nitro shocks.
The bike rides much better than stock, but it is still somewhat uncomfortable when the road surface is rough or broken. Last year, at several rallies, I saw people riding newer Street Glides much faster than I could on those kinds of roads.
I am thinking about upgrading the suspension again and going for top-quality rear shocks, maybe Öhlins, and a high-end fork setup as well.
My main concern is making the bike as comfortable as possible, because I always do long trips with my wife and a lot of luggage.
What is your opinion? Is it worth spending more money on better suspension? Would it be noticeably better than what I have now? Or should I just buy a brand-new Street Glide and fit Öhlins to that?
Cheers guys, and thanks!
Julio.
